    Pay Progression:

    We are committed to providing a clear compensation growth path. Each phase typically involves a 10-week ramp-up period to progress to the next phase, though this timeline varies depending on individual performance.

     

    + Opener:

    + Total Earnings: $49,000

    + Base Salary: $41,600

    + Inside Sales Representative:

    + Total Earnings: $58,000 (up to $65,000 with high performance)

    + Base Salary: $31,200

    + Inside Sales Executive:

    + Total Earnings: $80,000 (up to $100,000 with high performance)

    + Base Salary: $22,880

    + Thoroughly educate potential clients on the value of ATBS services

    + Effectively answer questions and place clients in the correct level of service

    + Proactively support the team and contribute to the growth and success of ATBS

    About Your Expertise:

    + College Degree Preferred (High School diploma or GED required)

    + Proficient in speaking Spanish is a plus

    + Experience interacting with clients/customers over the phone

    About the Pay:

    The starting pay range for this position is $20/hour + uncapped commission potential. Compensation and benefits are based on, among other things, academic achievements and previous work experience. ATBS offers competitive wages based on industry standards.

    Role Expectations:

    + The expectation is 1-2 hours of talk time and 150+ outbound calls every day

    + Lead lists provided (cold to lukewarm trucking industry leads)

    + Commission is two-tiered

    + Commission on transferred calls

    + Commission on sales
