    Your role and responsibilities

    As an OTM Solution Architect, you will manage the full implementation lifecycle of an OTM engagement. You will be responsible for creating and delivering complex and comprehensive logistics business solutions. You will lead the project team by inculcating leading practices in gathering requirements via client interviews or workshops, solution design, product setups, and integration design. In this role, you will help define and justify the business case, develop implementation plans, track progress against plans, provide expert functional knowledge and manage client expectations. You would be responsible for following Accelalpha implementation methodology and would be considered as the go-to person for OTM product knowledge. You will be responsible for reviewing the deliverables and provide quality assurance for the project.

     

    You will coach junior OTM consultants on industry leading practices and implementation practices during all stages of the product implementation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand overall objective of the initiatives

    • Provide industry experience and implement the industry leading practices into the solution

    • Provide detailed level understanding of OTM/GTM functionality

    Planning & Design

    • Provide guidance to the Project manager for creating the overall timelines for the

    initiatives

    • Lead the following workshops

    • As-IS and To-Be business processes

    • Data gathering and cleansing

    • Documenting detailed requirements, global TO-BE design

    • Perform fit/gap analysis workshop and document alternative solutions

    • Drive Scenario definition tasks

    • Proof-of-concept configuration

    Build / Configure

    • Configure OTM based on the solution design

    • Validate and load master data

    • Unit test configuration

    • Define standard on-boarding templates for roll-outs

    • Define testing strategy and plan

    Testing

    • Create test scenarios and scripts for unit, integration, system/end-to-end and User

    Acceptance testing

    • Execute test scenarios including unit, integration, system/end-to-end and User Acceptance testing

    Deploy

    • Support the Super User and End User knowledge transfer and training tasks

    • Mentor client resources in OTM Functionality

    • Provide the first level support for troubleshooting OTM or solution related issues

     

    This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

     

    Required technical and professional expertise

     

    '- 8+ Years Oracle OTM Experience with experience in leading and delivering 3 full OTM implementations.

     

    - 8+ Years of Logistics or Supply Chain Management experience.

     

    - Ability to interact with and manage expectation of client Senior management, members of project team and client team members.

     

    - Ensure delivery of the high-quality deliverables.

     

    - Experience in logistics operations in multiple industry verticals.

     

    - Provides leadership to the implementation team.

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
