    Job Overview

     

    Our Digital Data Network (DDN) markets are rapidly growing driven by demand for AI and next-generation Cloud infrastructure spending. TE Connectivity is strengthening its position in these markets with a broad portfolio of high-speed connectors, cable assemblies, and power solutions to support low-latency, high-bandwidth connectivity across complex IT environments. We seek a driven and technically skilled Senior Manager of Portfolio Solutions with a strong background in product management, strategy and execution. The Senior Manager of Portfolio Solutions will lead efforts to define the product strategy and roadmap for our portfolio of signal solutions products. This role balances deep technical understanding with market analysis to help build a prioritized product roadmap that drives business growth meets the requirements of our most advanced customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    Signal Chain & Rack Architecture Product Portfolio Strategy

    + Anticipate future market directions and drive cohesive market leading solutions by collaborating with System Architects, Business Development, and Commercial Teams on VoX (Voice of: Customers, Business, and Industry), as well as direct engagement with Tier-1 customers.

    + Align product roadmaps with cross-portfolio Product Management teams to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions, with a focus on signal integrity, high-speed protocol compatibility (e.g., PCIe, CXL, NVLink, Ethernet), and rack-level system integration.

    + Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for products across the portfolio, including availability timelines, specifications, datasheets and signal path performance metrics.

    Strategic Customer Engagement

    + Champion and lead the strategic focus on priority customers and markets, ensuring a portfolio-level approach that reflects proven experience in managing high-stakes customer relationships.

    + Align internal teams with strategic customer needs, fostering accountability for deliverables across the organization.

    + Collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and System Architects to support technical discussions with hyperscale and OEM customers, helping to translate system-level requirements into clear product specifications and rack architecture design inputs.

    Unified Solutions (Cross-Product) Voice

    + Orchestrate customer-centric, solution-based messaging by consolidating product portfolio insights in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams.

    + Develop messaging that highlights TE’s differentiation in signal chain optimization, power delivery, and mechanical integration at the rack level.

    Execution and Reporting

    + Define, run, and improve processes related to roadmap alignment and documentation of market and product requirements across the DDN portfolio

    + Deliver cross-portfolio marketing collateral to support product launches and marketing initiatives.

    + Update senior management and key stakeholders on progress and strategic initiatives, shaping their understanding and support.

    Market Sensing

    + Interact with customers and ecosystem partners to understand, influence, and shape TE Connectivity's response to market needs.

    + Ensure alignment of future market outcomes with product and technology roadmaps, maintaining a strategy that provides optionality and evaluates outcomes through PoCs.

    + Monitor emerging trends in AI infrastructure, server architecture, and high-speed signaling to inform long-term product strategy.

    What your background should look like:

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

    Experience:

    + 10+ years of broad experience in a combination of business and technical roles, including product management, engineering, and business development.

    + Proven track record in managing complex product lifecycles and driving strategic initiatives in high-tech environments.

    + Deep technical knowledge of hardware design and development processes, including embedded systems, electronics, and manufacturing.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

    + Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    COMPENSATION

    • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $153,200-229,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

    • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

    • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
