    Job Summary:

    TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center is seeking a primary care advanced practitioner to join an established primary care group located in Gallatin, Tennessee.

    Qualified Candidates:

    + Board Certified NP or PA

    + Tennessee licensure or eligibility to obtain

    + DEA with full prescriptive authority

    + Must have experience as an NP providing primary care to ages 5 and older

    + Ability to practice autonomously, experience with chronic disease management preferred

    + Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care

    Practice Setting:

    + Established, well-managed practice

    + Join 2 established physicians and one PA in group

    + Schedule Monday - Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12p

    + Outpatient only
