    Community / Property Manager - Affordable Housing | Fort Washington, MD

     

    Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

    Every day, as a Community Manager (Property Manager), you'll be a force for stability, hope, and community:

    + Lead with heart - use your1-3+ years in property managementto mentor your team, foster growth, and create a culture where everyone feels valued.

    + Shape "home" - apply your expertise inaffordable housing compliance (LIHTC, HUD Section 8, annual recertifications)to keep communities strong. Compliance is the cornerstone of Conifer's success-your precision ensures families remain safely housed.

    + Open doors- build trusted relationshipswith housing authorities and community partners to connect families with vital resources.

    + Balance with care - oversee leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor management withaccuracy and integrity.

    + Be present for people - guide residents through move-ins, move-outs, and daily needs withempathy and professionalism.

    The salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $60,000.00. The actual compensation may vary depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, location, etc. This range does not include additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
