Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Mainframe Developer to join their team. As a Mainframe Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting enterprise loan applications and related systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Mainframe Developer

**Location:** Remote

**Pay Range:** $60

What's the Job?

+ Assist in the development and implementation of software solutions for enterprise loan applications.

+ Write reliable, testable, maintainable, and high-performance code.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and vendors to deliver effective software solutions.

+ Gather and analyze data related to user requests, project scope, and system impacts.

+ Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support production environments to ensure system stability.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 7 years’ experience in mainframe development, including design, analysis, and coding.

+ Strong expertise in CICS, JCL, COBOL, MVS, and VSAM.

+ Experience working with ALS (Fidelity Information Systems - Advanced Loans System) or similar loan application systems.

+ Knowledge of mainframe change management tools and file transfer protocols such as FTP and SFTP.

+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and relational databases is a plus.
