    Our client, a leading organization in the City of Industry, CA, is seeking a Facility Administrator to join their team. As a Facility Administrator, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting daily operations and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Facility Administrator

    **Location:** City of Industry, CA

     

    Pay Range: Up to $30/hr. (DOE)

     

    **Shift:** 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

    **Duration** : Temp (est. 6 months)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Ensure the building systems are operational and well maintained, including HVAC, fire/life safety, security, and office equipment.

    + Research and coordinate vendor services, obtain bids, and negotiate contracts for maintenance, supplies, security, and other facility-related services.

    + Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and compliance with contractual agreements.

    + Oversee and coordinate building projects, renovations, and refurbishments as needed.

    + Maintain office supplies, assist with conference room setups, and ensure the facility adheres to safety and environmental standards.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Undergraduate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.

    + 2 to 5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or office management.

    + Knowledge of HVAC, security systems, and general facilities practices.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and company systems.

    + Strong communication skills and ability to respond courteously and effectively to inquiries and emergencies.
