Job Title: Supply Chain Planner 5
Duration: 8 Months (could extend up to 18 Months after the budget approval)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, standard core hours
Pay Rate: $35 to $42/hour
Position Summary
The Supply Chain Planner coordinates and expedites the flow of materials and work between departments to support production schedules. This role involves managing supply chain operations for data center demands, ensuring timely material flow, assembly, and delivery of server racks. The planner will also support warehouse operations strategy, including component positioning, buffer targets, and Power BI reporting automation.
Candidate Requirements
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree required.
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 10+ years related experience.
+ **Disqualifier:** Candidates with less than 18 months on assignment (“on the clock”) are ineligible.

1. **Power BI Analysis – 3+ years of experience**
2. **Supply Planning & Operations – 3+ years of experience**
3. **Hardware Components & BOM Structures Understanding – 3+ years of experience**
Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proven ability to analyse manufacturing, labour, and material costs.
+ Strong leadership and mentoring skills for providing constructive performance feedback.
+ Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and Power BI.
Job Responsibilities
+ Review and approve production documents, materials, and products for accuracy and compliance.
+ Review and approve production schedules, staffing tables, and work orders to determine materials and personnel requirements.
+ Confer with department supervisors and cross-functional teams to assess progress and implement changes.
+ Revise production schedules due to design, labour, or material shortages.
+ Coordinate production and shipping activities with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
+ Resolve production or delivery delays and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Performance Measurement
+ Timely and accurate delivery of weekly reports.
+ Effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
+ Successful implementation of process improvements and reporting automation.
Ideal Candidate Background
+ Experience in program management and process improvement within supply chain operations.
+ Skilled in Power BI development and analytical reporting.
+ Proven ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
