**Our client, a global leader in industrial technology and manufacturing, is seeking a Lead Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join their team.** As a Lead Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of the Corporate Indirect Sourcing Operating Supplies Category Strategy Team (CST), supporting HR, Legal, Finance, and Sourcing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Hybrid – 3 days onsite in [City, State] / 2 days remote (based on business need)
**Pay Range:** $65-71 USD
What’s the Job?
+ Lead sourcing and contracting for HR services, systems, and Total Rewards across multiple countries
+ Manage supplier mapping, contract assignments, and M&A transition activities
+ Oversee RFQs, RFIs, e-auctions, and performance tracking
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals
+ Ensure sourcing activities meet compliance and governance standards
What’s Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
+ 5+ years of strategic sourcing or relevant business experience
+ Strong understanding of HR and Total Rewards functions and cost structures
+ Proven negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills
+ Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and e-sourcing platforms
