Our client is seeking an Incident Support to join their team. As an Incident Support, you will be part of the Customer and AMI Technologies department supporting the S/4HANA project team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Incident Support
**Location:** Hybrid in Sacramento
**Pay Range:** starting from $65 per hour
What's the Job?
+ Provide day-to-day support for ServiceNow incidents related to Customer and AMI Technologies.
+ Work on enhancement requests and project tasks aligned with your skills in Customer and AMI Technologies.
+ Respond promptly to incidents to prevent delays in the S/4HANA project’s progress.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handoff and clear communication.
+ Help maintain greater system availability and focus on project objectives.
What's Needed?
+ Must have five (5) years of experience designing and configuring complex SAP solutions within the last ten years.
+ Must have at least three (3) years of SAP ECC 6.0 experience with EHP7 or higher.
+ Must have at least one (1) year of SAP CRM 7.0 experience with EHP3 or higher.
+ Experience with device management, smart meters, and Itron Networks UIQ stack is required.
+ Must have experience working with master data components and the business partner lifecycle.
