    Primary Essential Function

     

    This position has responsibility for data analysis, and the design and development of reports and dashboards aligned with the team’s Data & Analytics strategy. Evaluates business information and recommends improvements to data quality, data structures, and business reporting in support of IT, Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain. Assists with the development and management of Information Technology systems and services. Partners closely with Division IT leaders, staff, and business partners to prioritize resources and deliver efficient, scalable technology solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with data identification, data cleansing, and data preparation for reporting and analytics using SQL

    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools (Power BI)

    • Develop documentation to support the data & analytics teams

    • Evaluate data accuracy, completeness, timeliness and stability to establish repeatable and sustainable processes

    • Troubleshoot complex data problems

    • Create and manage database users, roles, and permissions following least-privilege principles

    • Participate in backup, restore, and maintenance activities

    • Write and optimize basic SQL queries; identify slow queries for escalation/tuning

    • Build features using ASP.NET Core (MVC/Razor Pages/Web API) or legacy ASP.NET (Web Forms) based on project standards

    • Update and maintain legacy applications (VB/C#)

    • Participate in code reviews; maintain coding standards and documentation

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in: Computing Sciences, Information System, Business Intelligence, Data Science or related areas required

    • Experienced in web development, including .NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and other comparable front-end technologies

    • Proficient SQL skills for report query design

    • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Self-starter able to independently complete tasks accurately and quickly

    • Strong organizational & communication skills

    • Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization

    • Ability to establish own priorities and adapt to changing priorities

    • Demonstrates ability to manage projects
