    Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Program Management supporting change management and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Program Manager Non Tech 3

    **Location:** Remote (EST preferred)

    **Pay Range:** $53 - $58/hr on W2

    **Duration** : Until 6/30/2026 (possibility of extension)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals, and direct the integration of activities.

    + Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.

    + Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, overseeing staff development and competence.

    + Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.

    + Review and recommend contracts and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with project goals.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 5-7 years' experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and grooming.

    + Extensive experience in Program Management and Change Management.

    + Proficiency with PowerPoint for program communications and executive summaries.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with problem-solving capabilities.

    + Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred.
