Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 2 to join their team. As a Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 2, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Data Center Logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 2

**Location:** Boydton, VA

**Pay Range:** 25-28/hr W2

What's the Job?

+ Perform physical inventory tracking and staging to ensure accurate data center asset management

+ Coordinate, prepare, and execute incoming and outgoing deliveries, including purchase order receiving and rack movement activities

+ Monitor systems for equipment failure or errors, responding promptly to resolve issues

+ Assist with inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and compliance activities to meet regulatory standards

+ Perform destruction of data-bearing devices following all documented procedures and runbooks

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ 2+ years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, or related fields within an IT environment

+ Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)

+ Previous experience working in a data center environment is preferred

+ Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly
