Position:** **Sr. Fullstack Developer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Full Stack Software Developer** to join our **Real Time Intelligence team** . This role involves close collaboration with fellow developers, architects, and product teams to design, develop, and deliver robust, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable, maintainable systems.

Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications with a focus on real-time intelligence solutions.

+ Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to conceptualize and implement new features and systems.

+ Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to other developers.

+ Contribute to codebase quality through in-depth code reviews, documentation, and testing best practices.

+ Develop and implement unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure quality, performance, and scalability.

+ Partner with architects to define technical strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

+ Promote adherence to security best practices and software development standards.

+ Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Technical Skills Required:

+ **Frontend:** React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

+ **Backend:** Python, .NET with C#, Object-Oriented Programming

+ **Database:** SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS), NoSQL (MongoDB or similar)

+ **Tools & Platforms:** Azure, Git/GitHub

+ **Testing:** Jest, unittest (Python corelib), Cypress

Soft Skills:

+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

+ Effective communication and teamwork

+ Strong prioritization and time management

+ Adaptability and willingness to take initiative
