    Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and technology industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client interactions and service operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

    **Location:** Covington, GA

    Pay Range: Based on experience

    **Shift:** Days (08:45-17:00)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Process orders for capital equipment, collaborating with Contracts/Pricing, Finance, and Territory Managers

    + Manage customer technical support needs effectively

    + Oversee service and repair of capital equipment to ensure optimal performance

    + Utilize ServiceMax database to monitor service and repair status

    + Manage equipment loaner, invoicing, evaluation, and trade-out processes

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

    + Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Salesforce, JD Edwards, SAP preferred

    + Ability to solve basic math equations accurately

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work well cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong organizational skills with proven attention to detail
