    Amazon’s Creator Services leads creator programs that span media, commerce, and culture. The Creator Services team includes Creator Partnerships, creator content studio Wondery, and physical production facilities Studio126. We connect creators and Amazon’s diverse businesses, helping bring big ideas to life across Wondery, Amazon Music, Twitch, Audible, Amazon Games, and beyond.     We're seeking a leader to help develop and grow Creator Services. The role’s responsibilities require managing day-to-day team operations, alongside new program, product, and content experimentation. We expect this individual to shape ambiguous problems into solutions, build new mechanisms and processes, and lead cross-functional work across Creator Services and broader Amazon Entertainment teams. This role reports to the GM, Creator Services and must be located in Los Angeles or New York City.

    Key job responsibilities

    - Drive Creator Services leadership operations. Own key docs, meetings, goal planning/tracking, resource planning, and communications.

     

    - Lead Creator Services strategic projects. Tackle ambiguous problems with analysis, strong business judgement, and bias for action. Focus areas include the creator economy, video monetization, creative AI, and content distribution.

     

    - Identify and evaluate new Creator Services opportunities. These can include new trends, partnerships, investments, and/or acquisitions. Lead cross-functional teams including (where necessary) executive leadership, Corporate & Business Development, Content, Product, and Engineering to assess these opportunities.

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree

     

    - 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, corporate strategy, or a related field.

     

    - 7+ years professional experience working with creators, products, and/or customer-facing teams (e.g., partnerships, sales, support, or marketing).

     

    - 7+ years familiarity with the creator economy, digital services, or media/entertainment industries.

     

    - Professional experience in entertainment and cross-functional organizations.

     

    - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets with track record of converting analysis into actionable business recommendations.

     

    - Proven experience building partnerships internally and externally, and demonstrated success in cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

     

    - Advanced written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Professional experience tackling ambiguous problems and developing strategies that drive alignment and deliver measurable impact.

     

    - Strong agency: thrives in fast-moving environments with high autonomy and ownership.

     

    - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities while delivering creative solutions.

     

    - Excellent program management skills, from program design to end-to-end execution.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
