We are seeking a Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online Support Specialist to support our enterprise-level collaboration environment across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and related Microsoft 365 services.     Required Skills & Experience

    • 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive

    • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues

    • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and governance

    • Hands-on experience with data/content migration to SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365

    • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes

    • Excellent communication and documentation skills

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)

    • Familiarity with legacy system migrations and content management systems

    • Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) or Microsoft Graph API

    • ITIL certification or equivalent experience in structured service delivery environments

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
