    Job Title: CNC Programmer- Lake in the Hills, IL

    Job Description

    The CNC Programmer will be a key member of the production team in an industry-leading X-ray accessories manufacturing business. This role requires strong CNC machine expertise, with a focus on utilizing CAD/CAM and solid mechanical principles to create complex setups.

    Responsibilities

    + Review 3D designs and engineering drawings for CNC machining; create CNC programs using CAD/CAM for 3-axis vertical milling (Fanuc/Haas experience preferred).

    + Collaborate with Engineering and QARA to meet manufacturing and quality standards.

    + Improve setup processes to boost efficiency and reduce scrap; support production schedules and report material issues.

    + Maintain CNC program library and assist with tooling/fixturing design and acquisition.

    + Support machine setup, first-part inspections, and operate CNC equipment as needed.

    + Perform accurate inspections, tool offsets, and changes; follow SOPs and maintain clean workspaces.

    + Proficient with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators); ensure proper machine operation and safety protocols.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, CNC, GD&T, CNC mill, Blueprint, Programming, and CNC programming.

    + Solid foundational understanding of the machining process, including CNC milling, manual milling, drilling, and tapping.

    + Experience with Fanuc control and G-code is preferred.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Lake in the Hills, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70720.00/yr.

    This is a fully onsite position in Lake in the Hills,IL.
