    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as an Architect, focusing on amenity and tenant build-out projects, primarily in corporate interiors. You will be responsible for producing construction documents and utilizing your knowledge of building codes and construction administration. A key part of this role involves detailed work using Revit.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Assist in all design phases for various projects, including renovations to existing structures.

    + Work on office or hospitality projects, focusing on base building and exterior construction document work.

    + Produce construction documents from start to finish in Revit for corporate interior renovation projects.

    + Participate in construction administration activities.

    + Coordinate with clients, project team, and consultants.

    + Provide exceptional, proactive, and friendly client service.

    + Inspire, teach, and lead by example while mentoring architectural design staff.

    + Complete assignments within the scheduled timeline.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

    + 2-3+ years of relevant experience.

    + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

    + Experience with office and corporate interiors.

    + Experience with construction documents and corporate interior projects.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
