About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end residential construction projects. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in luxury homebuilding, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering excellence in every phase of construction.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage all phases of luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery.
+ Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
+ Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
+ Maintain rigorous quality control standards and ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.
+ Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues proactively, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
+ Proven experience managing high-end residential construction projects.
+ Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in project management tools and construction software.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent experience.
+ Familiarity with luxury construction materials, methods, and client service standards.
Work Environment
This role is primarily on-site at active construction locations. Candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and be comfortable with flexible hours to meet project demands. Professional attire appropriate for client meetings and site visits is required.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stamford, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
