Job Title: Project ManagementJob Description
Lead and manage ERP system processes for demand planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management. Collaborate cross-functionally with global stakeholders to define transitional process flows and system architecture. Work closely with IT teams to implement and optimize ERP system changes, ensuring they meet business requirements. Identify opportunities for process enhancements to support multi-site manufacturing strategies, reduce complexity, drive out costs, and improve inventory performance.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage ERP system processes for demand planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management.
+ Collaborate with IT teams to implement and optimize ERP system changes, acting as the business voice for materials management.
+ Identify and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and support the manufacturing strategy.
+ Engage with global teams across various functions and time zones to ensure cohesive and integrated process management.
+ Analyze process data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, providing decision support for the manufacturing leadership team.
+ Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems and processes.
+ Lead and participate in projects related to ERP system enhancements and process improvements, including testing and validation of changes.
Essential Skills
+ 8+ years of experience working with Oracle or SAP, ideally Oracle EBS or Fusion.
+ Experience with large change management projects such as mergers, acquisitions, integrations, ERP consolidation, migrations, or upgrades.
+ Proficiency in Oracle module configurations and ability to work with developers for more routine items.
+ Experience with project management, including managing work through others.
+ Experience with SQL for data queries and operational-based analysis.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience managing projects in a discrete industry such as electronics, medical devices, automotive, or industrial sectors.
+ Experience deploying systems for mergers in a global environment with internal and/or external manufacturing.
+ Proven experience in leading systems conversions, including management of cutover for ERP system projects.
+ Preferred experience in upgrading from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion or similar level of ERP/EBS migration.
+ Strong self-initiative and ability to work cross-functionally.
Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid work environment with on-site work required Tuesday through Thursday and remote work available on Monday and Friday. This role is part of a high-profile project with opportunities for quick learning and professional growth as senior team members retire.

This is a Contract position based out of Beaverton, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
