Job Description
• As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, you support your team in relationship building.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are building a working understanding of internal processes, products, and teams.
• You support your team in deepening relationships with key industry partners, executing agreements, and tracking impact, enabling us to be successful.
• You are developing your skills in relationship-building, negotiation, project management, and collaboration, focusing on tasks that contribute to your teams and organizations goals.
Responsibilities include:
• The Waymo team is focused on corporate ride-hail services like Uber
• 5-10 years of XP there is a cap of XP, 15 yrs are considered too senior, they're looking for someone on the middle level
• 5-10 years of XP of account executive or partnerships experience engage with corporations, build pipelines, and close deals for business ground transportation
• full-cycle sales role
• prior experience in fleet management, operations, or logistics is not necessary (it can be a nice add) as the role focuses on software and tech sales experience,
• ideal candidate sourcing filters: deal size, customer accounts, and average sales cycle.
• Sales are primarily B2B, specifically corporate ground transportation solutions
• Contracts negotiation experience is nice to have
• Candidates from companies like Uber for business or DoorDash for business would be ideal
• 15% to 20% of the role would be hands-on logistical, administrative, and reporting tasks
• The rest would be focused on customer interaction
• Co-develop partner strategy, including new partner/supplier and opportunity prospecting. Conduct partner research and collaborate on product strategy, with some guidance.
• Contribute or co-own the partner/supplier experience to ensure deal integration which includes negotiating and finalizing contracts, executing on account plans, pitching to partners/suppliers, resolving partner/supplier issues and advocating on behalf of partners/suppliers, with some guidance.
• Contribute or co-own managing partner/supplier engagement and relationship by tracking business /technology metrics and insights, building business forecasts, and ensuring strong brand/reputation management, with some guidance.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners/suppliers, with some guidance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-functional projects. Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in:

**Pay Details:** $95.00 per hour
