    About the Role

     

    Adecco is hiring an experienced **Facilities Manager** to oversee maintenance, safety, and operational functions for a busy, dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and skilled at coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendors, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient facility.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and cleaning staff.

    + Conduct inspections and develop maintenance solutions to keep the facility in top condition.

    + Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for repairs, security, and cleaning services.

    + Coordinate facility projects, remodels, and repairs.

    + Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure spending aligns with departmental goals.

    + Ensure workplace safety and security measures are followed.

    + Serve as first responder to facility emergencies (security, police, or fire).

    + Maintain documentation and reports for maintenance, safety, and repairs.

    + Partner with management on planning, budgeting, and facility improvements.

    + Supervise and train cleaning staff and facilities technicians.

    Qualifications

    + **High School Diploma or equivalent required**

    + **5+ years** of experience in facilities or property maintenance

    + **2+ years** of supervisory experience required

    + Strong hands-on repair and maintenance skills

    + Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities

    + Calm and professional under pressure

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
