    Irrigation Warehouse Specialist

    Accountabilities:

    + Responsible to accurately review, organize, and process all irrigation sales orders.

    + Responsible for immediate pulling of customer pick-ups as well as assisting customers with loading their vehicles when required.

    + Responsible for accurately identifying preferred shipping method to ensure proper and timely processing of sales orders.

    + Responsible for packing and shipping freight orders for and LTL shipments, communicating with warehouse crew and transportation.

    + Responsible for programming product as needed.

    + Responsible for daily receipt and processing of irrigation product deliveries via small package, LTL and trucks.

    + Responsible for the daily receipt and processing of returns from customers and will work closely with the irrigation and customer service teams to ensure that all RGAs are being handled timely and accurately.

    + Manage and process all irrigation vendor claims, including return paperwork and shipping product to vendor.

    + Perform three monthly inventory cycle counts and support Irrigation Inventory Associate with discrepancy review.

    + Accountable to maintain designated warehouse locations for bin identification accuracy and inventory control.

    + Responsible with accurately maintaining and locating all parts received with no bin location.

    + Responsible with maintaining an accurate and organized RGA shelf for returned items pending vendor claims or location assignment.

    + Responsible with maintaining an accurate and organized Defective shelf and scrapping inventory as directed.

    + Responsible for monitoring inventory levels to maintain proper bin locations.

    + Responsible to facilitate reports to maintain open location management on a consistent basis.

    + Perform end of year inventory to support Irrigation Sales Department.

    + Communicate via email and phone with Irrigation Associates, providing service and support for organizational success.

    + Assist with pulling, packing and shipping as needed for other warehouse departments.

    + Assist with overstock management.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum High School Diploma G.E.D. or equivalent.

    + Previous experience in a fast paced and detail-oriented position

    + Previous warehouse receiving experience – 5 years

    + Previous inventory management experience

    + Certification to operate forklifts

    + Ability to speak Spanish, a plus

    + Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point

    + Prelude or other inventory management systems

    + UPS shipping - WorldShip

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.50 per hour
