    We are seeking an early-career Assistant Project Manager to join our construction team. The successful candidate will support the design engineering team and the plant floor for a cabinetry construction client.

    Responsibilities

    + Support the design engineering team and plant floor operations.

    + Engage in client meetings and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

    + Manage projects related to cabinetry construction and millwork.

    + Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

    + Foster strong client relationships through effective communication.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in cabinetry construction and millwork.

    + Proven leadership experience, preferably in roles such as Assistant Project Manager or Superintendent.

    + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person with clients.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience in commercial construction management.

    + Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions and stakeholder communications.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hagerstown, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $28.84/hr.
