    We are seeking a Survey CAD Technician to join our team. This role requires a satisfactory amount of field experience and the ability to work effectively at project locations, including in challenging weather conditions.

    Responsibilities

    + Gather field data accurately and efficiently.

    + Stake boundary and construction lines as directed.

    + Follow the directions of the crew chief to ensure project success.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with a focus on water, sewer, roadway, and land development projects.

    + Experience in civil drafting and surveying.

    + Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating hand tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Manual dexterity to use survey equipment, drafting tools, and calculators.

    + Strong verbal and hearing abilities for effective communication.

    + Vision sufficient to interpret computer screens, written documents, and engineering drawings.

    Work Environment

    You will work in a clean office located in Mesa, AZ, and have the opportunity to inspect and survey construction sites, which may involve navigating rocky or uneven surfaces. The position offers bonuses and company stock as part of the compensation package.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
