    Are you an experienced Billing Specialist with experience in Oncology seeking new opportunities in the West Hollywood, CA area? If so, Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting a local oncology clinic in their search to add an **Oncology Billing Specialist** to their team in **West Hollywood, CA** !

     

    Schedule

     

    Upon hire you will work full-time Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

     

    Pay Rate

     

    The wage for this position is between $28 and $32. Hourly wage is dependent upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

    What you'll be doing:

    + Verify patient insurance information and coverage.

    + Submit claims to insurance companies for services rendered.

    + Post payments and track accounts receivable.

    + Ensure accuracy with complex oncology-related medical codes, such as CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.

    + Handle and resolve billing discrepancies and claim denials.

    + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of oncology billing rules and insurance policies.

    + Assist with compliance and stay current on regulations that affect billing practices.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED

    + Minimum 2 years experience working in oncology billing environment

    + Knowledgeable regarding Oncology Bill Coding, CPT codes, etc.

    + Data entry skills

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Strong computer skills

    **Pay Details:** $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
