What You’ll Do

+ Drive Innovation: Design and refine manufacturing processes for specialty metal products used in demanding applications.

+ Set Standards: Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs that ensure consistency and excellence.

+ Automate for Efficiency: Implement automation solutions to streamline production and boost productivity.

+ Analyze & Improve: Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process enhancements.

+ Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, operations, and quality assurance to deliver top-tier results.

+ Lead Projects: Manage equipment installations and spearhead process improvement initiatives.

+ Solve Challenges: Troubleshoot complex issues and keep production running at peak performance.

What You Bring

+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

+ 5+ years of engineering experience in an industrial setting.

+ Expertise in machine design, hydraulics, and AutoCAD.

+ Proven project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Familiarity with machinery, foundations, facilities, and manufacturing processes.

+ Metals manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hartsville, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
