We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager who will actively engage in marketing and business development processes, ensure alignment with strategic plans, and foster a collaborative and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will lead multiple complex projects, ensuring they meet environmental, safety, and aesthetic standards while also managing client relationships and overseeing project budgets and schedules.
Responsibilities
+ Actively participate in marketing and business development, creating and monitoring plans.
+ Represent the firm at professional and trade organizations.
+ Ensure practice operations align with strategic plans.
+ Foster a learning, collaborative, and innovative environment.
+ Review and advocate for team members' professional development.
+ Manage all aspects of multiple complex projects, including design and construction approvals.
+ Prepare design proposals, estimate fees, and determine project scope.
+ Conduct code research and collaborate with agencies for project approval.
+ Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
+ Review shop drawings, submittals, and respond to RFIs.
+ Coordinate project efforts to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
+ Manage client scopes, budgets, schedules, and project communications.
+ Document project progression and follow through approvals and construction.
+ Make major design decisions involving spatial, aesthetic elements, and detailing of materials.
Essential Skills
+ 10+ years of experience as a Project Architect/Project Manager or Design Architect, focused on Healthcare.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
+ Registered as a licensed architect.
+ Proficiency with Revit, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Experience with project management software, including Newforma and Bluebeam.
+ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Architecture.
+ Additional certifications in construction administration, interior design, or sustainability.
+ Experience writing and editing specifications.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $67.31 - $72.12/hr.
