    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Account Specialist for a contract to permanent opportunity with a reputable client. This position offers a dynamic environment for professionals experienced in managing financial transactions and providing exceptional client service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process and monitor customer accounts, including billing, payments, and account reconciliations.

    + Respond to client inquiries promptly and resolve issues in a professional manner.

    + Maintain accurate financial records and update account information in internal systems.

    + Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure seamless accounting and client support processes.

    + Prepare periodic reports and assist with audits as needed.

    + Support process improvements and maintain compliance with company policies.

    Requirements

    + Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.

    + 1+ year of experience in an account specialist or similar role.

    + Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

    + Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer focus.

    + Excellent communication abilities; able to multitask and meet deadlines.
