    ABOUT

    The AIS Infrastructure Group consists of four civil/vertical construction companies. Our services include infrastructure improvement, heavy civil construction, vertical construction, site development for government and state agencies and private enterprise across the United States.

    GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY

    The Earthworks Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations of infrastructure construction sites. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in civil construction, preferably within the railroad sector.

    MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Lead and manage daily operations on Infrastructure construction sites.

    + Ensure full compliance with safety protocols for employees, contractors, and the public.

    + Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules to meet client and company expectations.

    + Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, including FRA, OSHA, and environmental guidelines.

    + Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.

    + Required Education:

    + High School Diploma (or equivalent)

    EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction (railroad experience preferred).

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
