**Position:** Electrical Assembler

**Starting Pay:** $19.55+ per hour

Overview

Join a high-impact team building large switchgear systems that power vital infrastructure—airports, hospitals, schools, and more. As an Electrical Assembler, you’ll play a hands-on role in wiring and assembling components that keep these facilities running reliably.

Key Responsibilities

+ Wire panel boards, doors, cradles, and boards for switchgear units

+ Safely lift and install wire panels (up to 50 lbs)

+ Use specialized tools provided for assembly tasks

+ Read and follow detailed wiring schematics and diagrams

+ Collaborate with a team of assemblers in a supportive, fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

+ 1–2 years of experience in electrical assembly or wiring preferred

+ Skilled in using hand and power tools

+ Comfortable standing for up to 10 hours per shift

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with soldering and crimping

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions

+ Adaptable to changing production needs

Work Environment

+ Climate-controlled facility

+ Monday–Friday schedule, with optional Saturday shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM)

+ Paid training on day one at a nearby training center

+ Regular breaks and a focus on safety and comfort throughout the day

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROKEN ARROW, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $19.55/hr.
