Job Title: Janitorial Worker - 1st Shift (Housekeeper)

Job Description

Join a vibrant and dynamic team responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in a variety of campus buildings. This position requires a dedicated and professional individual who can manage custodial duties efficiently while accommodating various building schedules.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas according to defined standards.

+ Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general janitorial duties.

+ Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and faculty.

+ Handle challenges of different building schedules effectively.

Essential Skills

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not necessary.

+ Ability to work overtime upon request.

+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment

Work on a beautiful campus with multiple student and staff-occupied buildings. The first shift operates from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a half-hour unpaid lunch. Dress code includes a red/maroon top (polo or shirt), dark pants, and sneakers. Uniforms will be provided after 1-2 weeks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Center Valley, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
