    Job Title: Production Associate – 1st and 2nd Shift Production Associate ($22-$23/hr)

    Job Overview

     

    We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as **Production Associates** . In this role, you will assemble radiators and radiator coils for copper piping systems. You’ll work with blueprints, hand tools, and measuring instruments to cut, measure, and assemble products accurately.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to ensure proper assembly.

    + Complete tasks within estimated time frames.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

    + Report machine issues or challenges to the lead/supervisor promptly.

    + Participate in 5S activities (cleaning and organizing).

    + Follow all company policies, safety, and quality standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum **6 months of mechanical assembly experience** .

    + Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.

    + Skilled in using hand tools for assembly.

    + Physically able to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

    + High School Diploma / GED / Certificate.

    + Basic computer skills.

    + Knowledge of PPE (steel-toe boots, ear and eye protection).

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to convert fractions to decimals (training provided).

    + Experience in metal fabrication or metal joining.

    + Familiarity with progressive stamping.

    + Quality inspection experience.

    + OSHA certification preferred.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.

     

    Competitive Pay: Pay range $22.01-27.50/hr.
