Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician working within a GMP facility. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing stainless steel biopharma equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

+ Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment.

+ Collaborate with co-workers to determine root cause of failures and implement corrective actions to avoid future events.

+ Maintain operation of cGMP utility equipment, including HVAC, Dust Collection, Coolers, Air Compressors, Lighting, Electrical, and Water/Plumbing systems.

+ Order and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies to maintain and replenish stock.

+ Support the training of maintenance and operations employees.

+ Write or modify Preventative Maintenance (PM) procedures.

+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair problems promptly while performing scheduled Preventative Maintenance.

+ Demonstrate excellence in maintenance functions and understanding of motors, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation, pumps, agitators, alignments, seal replacement, chillers, boilers, and various tools.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ 2+ years of experience with motors, valves, pumps, agitators, chillers, boilers, and hydraulic press.

+ 2+ years of preventative maintenance experience.

+ Electrical troubleshooting.

+ PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in PLC Programming.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

- Direct Hire

- Competitive pay: $30-$35 per hour

- Can accrue unlimited amounts (14-15 weeks)
