    Job Title: Finish Carpenter $25+

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Finish Carpenter in Pittsburgh, PA. You will work on the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This role requires a dedicated professional who can handle various carpentry tasks in commercial construction settings.

    Responsibilities

    + Grade, set up, pour, and finish concrete surfaces including floors, sidewalks, curbs, and stairs.

    + Use skid steers, shovels, and rakes to grade to proper elevations, checking heights with lasers and string lines.

    + Construct and position wooden forms to hold concrete to the correct depth and alignment.

    + Install expansion joints, rebar, and wire mesh as required by job specifications.

    + Monitor site conditions, ground temperature, air temperature, and humidity to adjust mix designs for proper set times.

    + Spread and level concrete using hand and power tools such as rakes, shovels, trowels, and screeds.

    + Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures into poured concrete before it hardens.

    + Finish surfaces to produce the final product using brooms, hand tools, power trowels, and riding trowels.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
