Job Title: Sit Down & Standing Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as sitdown and standup forklift operator . In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery to ensure fertilizer bags are continuously stacked on the conveyor. You will alos be moving material around the production and warehouse floor. This position requires the ability to consistently lift 50lbs bags throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

+ Operate stand up and sitdown forklift

+ Ensure continuous stacking of fertilizer bags on the conveyor.

+ Consistently lift 50lbs bags throughout the shift.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, general labor, and material handling.

+ Ability to operate forklifts.

+ Entry-level experience.

+ Dependability and reliability.

+ Ability to work well with others.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Must be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment.

+ Ability to lift 50lbs consistently.

+ Must wear composite shoes.

+ Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Work Environment

This role is based in a non-climate controlled environment. Working hours are typically from 8am to 4:30pm and can increase to 7am to 5:30pm, including 2 hours of mandatory overtime during busy periods.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tennent, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
