Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Job Description

Join a dynamic team dedicated to crafting custom metal parts. Our company is renowned for creating high-quality display shelves for major brands, innovative drive-through communication boxes, and other versatile metal products. We are seeking skilled press brake operators for our 1st shift, with flexibility for 2nd shift as well. Operate and set up jobs on both Cincinnati and Amada Press Brakes, with a mix of custom and standardized tooling.

Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate Cincinnati and Amada Press Brakes

+ Manage multiple jobs with efficiency and precision

+ Utilize a mix of custom and standardized tooling

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality production

+ Read and interpret blueprints for accurate job execution

+ Employ hand and power tools for fabrication and welding tasks

+ Measure and cut sheet metal accurately using tape measures

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in setting up press brakes with at least 6 months of experience

+ Minimum of 1 year experience in operating press brakes

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints

+ Experience in fabrication and welding

+ Skilled in using hand and power tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Technical degree in fabrication or welding is a plus

+ Familiarity with sheet metal work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Michael, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $33.00/hr.
