Job Title: Catheter Assembly Technician
Job Description
The role involves reading work instructions, reviewing drawings, and building catheter assemblies, sub-assemblies, and full catheter builds within a clean room environment. Tasks include working under a microscope, completing sub-assemblies, using small hand tools, documenting processes, performing visual inspections, and final packaging of the catheters.
Responsibilities
+ Read and interpret work instructions and production drawings.
+ Build catheter assemblies, sub-assemblies, and full catheter builds.
+ Work in a clean room environment, using microscopes and small hand tools.
+ Document work in travelers, QMS systems, or ERP systems.
+ Conduct visual inspections and final packaging of catheters.
Essential Skills
+ 1-3+ years of assembly and/or manufacturing experience in the medical device industry.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to document work accurately.
+ Proficient hand dexterity to work with small pieces, requiring patience and diligence.
+ High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with catheter and guidewire assembly.
+ Familiarity with clean room and microscope assembly processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
