Job Title: Assembler II
Job Description
As an Assembler II, you will engage in detailed assembly tasks for in-process units. Your primary responsibilities include electrical wiring, brazing, air compressor installation, silicone sealing, and foaming of units. You will be working on either the standard line or the new 'cyclone' unit, which involves more intricate and heavier assembly work.
Responsibilities
+ Install wire harnesses and connect wires as per the diagram.
+ Use mallets, hand tools, rivet guns, and other power tools for compressor installation.
+ Connect units to machines for foam filling to the appropriate level for insulation.
+ Perform silicone installations using a caulk gun.
+ Engage in labor-intensive tasks including caulking and foaming as required.
Essential Skills
+ Previous experience in a role requiring standing for at least 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
+ Ability to repetitively lift 30-40lb parts up to 50+ times daily.
+ Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
+ Ownership of steel-toed or composite-toed protective shoes.
+ Capability to work safely while maintaining high-quality work standards.
+ Proven experience in mechanical assembly.
+ Experience in wiring or brazing parts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with air compressors is a nice-to-have skill.

Work Environment
Work in a standard fabrication and assembly operation divided into fabrication and assembly areas. The facility is temperature controlled, though arm sleeves may cause some warmth. The shift is from 6 am to 4:30 pm, with mandatory overtime on Fridays. Required PPE includes steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, protective cut sleeves, and gloves. Dress code mandates cotton, canvas, or denim pants, worn at the waist with no hoods worn over the head.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
