•️ CNC Mill / Lathe Machinist – 1st Shift

• Pay: Up to $35/hour

• Location: Shakopee, MN

• What You’ll Do

+ Operate multi-axis lathes and Haas mills for high-precision machining

+ Set up machines with proper tooling and perform tool changes

+ Inspect parts using dial micrometers, digital calipers, and height gauges

+ Make minor program edits to optimize accuracy and efficiency

+ Handle both short runs (8–10 parts) and long runs (3–4 days)

+ Complete 2–3 machine setups per week

+ Document processes and quality checks using iPads

+ Work primarily with aluminum and steel materials

• What You Bring

+ Minimum 1 year of recent experience with CNC mills or lathes

+ Proficiency in machine setup and tooling adjustments

+ Skilled in part inspection using micrometers and calipers

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
