Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an Assembly Technician, where you will be responsible for setting up, assembling, repairing, testing, and packaging final and sub-assemblies, specifically spray handles and nozzles. You will ensure the quality and efficiency of work across various workstations and assembly lines.

Responsibilities

+ Set up, assemble, and repair final and sub-assemblies.

+ Test and package products to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Maintain required work quality and output at all work stations and assembly lines.

+ Stand, walk, or sit for up to eight hours during an eight-hour workday.

+ Occasionally stoop, bend, lift, and load items weighing up to 40 pounds.

+ Perform frequent, repetitive elbow movements.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with assembly and production line processes.

+ Ability to stand for eight hours.

+ Knowledge of warehouse and soldering practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior experience in assembly production is advantageous.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and well-maintained area with approximately 100 employees in the building, each having their own station. The dress code requires closed-toe shoes. The work hours are from 7 AM to 3 PM. The building is equipped with heating and cooling systems to ensure a comfortable work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
