**Location:** Chaska, MN

Schedule Options:

+ 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

+ 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM

+ **Type:** Contract-to-Hire

• What You’ll Do

As a Packager, you’ll play a key role in preparing our high-quality food products for shipment. You’ll be responsible for:

+ 🧪 Accurately weighing and bagging finished goods

+ 📦 Sealing boxes and stacking them on pallets (up to 50 lbs)

+ ⚙️ Operating production equipment (belts, Swecos, Comils, metal detectors)

+ ✅ Performing quality and safety checks per SOPs

+ 🧼 Mastering sanitization procedures and maintaining a clean workspace

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

• What You Bring

+ At least 6 months of experience in food production or manufacturing

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly (every 2 minutes)

+ Familiarity with food safety standards and equipment handling

+ A strong work ethic and commitment to safety and cleanliness

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
