Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Associate for the 2nd shift, Monday to Thursday, from 5 pm to 3:30 am, with overtime opportunities on Fridays. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficiency and safety of our production processes.

Responsibilities

+ Pack bottles and build pallets efficiently.

+ Check the quality of bottles placed on the line to ensure high standards.

+ Assure production runs efficiently and safely.

+ Assist with documenting and reporting production logs.

+ Ensure all proper quality procedures are followed.

+ Perform basic computer work and data entry.

+ Clean machines, wipe conveyor belts, and perform other daily and weekly cleanup responsibilities.

+ Assist with equipment as needed.

+ Operate a pallet jack.

+ Perform all tasks while continuously standing.

+ Follow all safety guidelines according to company and OSHA standards.

+ Utilize sound industrial math skills.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ 1-2 years of production experience.

+ Ability to read and write English for documentation.

+ High School Diploma.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Proficiency in production, packing, palletizing, labeling, and capping.

+ Experience in general production and assembly line work.

+ Capability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
