Join a precision-focused team assembling fiber optic components used in cutting-edge technology. You’ll:

+ ✂️ Measure and cut fiber cables with accuracy

+ 📘 Follow blueprints and work instructions

+ 🎯 Feed colored wires through connectors with precision

+ 🧪 Apply epoxy and cure assemblies

+ ✨ Polish and test final products for quality

•** **What You Bring

+ 0–1+ years of experience in small parts or medical device assembly

+ Ability to see and differentiate colors accurately

+ Strong communication skills

+ Bonus: Experience with guidewires, microscopes, clean rooms, or blueprint reading

This is a Permanent position based out of Hudson, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
