Job Title: Dock Coordinator - 1st Shift and 2nd Shift
Job Description
As a Dock Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining inventory systems by ordering inventory from vendors, performing quality checks, and updating records. You will ensure the timely arrival of shipments, manage discrepancies, and implement loss prevention programs. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
+ Order inventory from vendors and suppliers, securing shipment arrival times.
+ Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products.
+ Perform quality checks on stored inventory and discard items that do not meet company standards.
+ Update inventory counts and maintain records for management and stakeholders.
+ Report inventory discrepancies indicating theft.
+ Implement loss prevention programs to prevent theft.
+ Obtain estimates and price details from vendors to compare costs.
+ Research product details and test new products.
Essential Skills
+ ERP System - 2+ years of experience
+ SAP - Production Control - 1+ year
+ Record Keeping - 1+ year
+ Shipping and Receiving - 1+ year
+ Scheduling shipments with carriers and trucks
+ Experience in closing out production orders, data entry, material movements, logistics, and material handling
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Material Handler
+ Stand-up Forklift experience

Work Environment
This role is based on a 1st shift schedule, operating from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Muskego, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
