•Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians

We’re seeking **top-tier Industrial Maintenance Technicians** to keep our fast-paced manufacturing operation running at peak performance. This is more than maintenance — it’s about being the driving force behind uptime, efficiency, and innovation. You’ll work with advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, ensuring production never misses a beat.

**Location:** Denver, CO

**Pay:** $35–$40/hr (DOE) + clear path for advancement

**Shift:** 1st shift, 5:30 AM – 5:00 PM

+ Week 1: 48 hrs (Wed–Sat)

+ Week 2: 36 hrs (Thu–Sat, optional Wed)

Job Responsibilities:

+ Execute preventive and corrective maintenance across diverse industrial equipment

+ Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with precision

+ Conduct inspections and system diagnostics to anticipate and prevent downtime

+ Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and schedules using CMMS tools

+ Partner with production teams to champion continuous improvement and equipment upgrades

+ Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality

Qualifications:

+ 7+ years of **industrial maintenance experience** in a manufacturing environment

+ Strong knowledge of **mechanical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and electrical components**

+ Ability to read and interpret **technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints**

+ Experience with **CMMS systems** preferred

+ A proactive problem-solver who thrives in high-volume, high-precision environments
