Job Title: Front of House Associate
Food Service/Facilities Services company is urgently hiring front of house staff to work at one of its corporate office clients in Midtown Manhattan
Responsibilities
+ Greet and assist guests in the dining area with professionalism and courtesy.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of all FOH areas including seating, beverage stations, condiment counters, and trash receptacles.
+ Monitor food and beverage stations for replenishment needs and communicate with kitchen staff as needed.
+ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
+ Support setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
+ Assist with light bussing duties and tray returns during peak hours.
+ Respond to guest inquiries or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
+ Collaborate with back-of-house and Sodexo management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Food Service Experience
+ Customer service orientation and hospitality experience.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
