    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Crater/Box Builder in a state-of-the-art warehouse environment. Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including saws and nail guns, to construct crates and boxes. Collaborate with the warehouse team to efficiently pack and stack products, ensuring they are securely banded and wrapped.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize hand and power tools such as saws, ratchets, sockets, screwdrivers, wrenches, and hammers.

    + Operate pneumatic and electric nail guns and staple guns.

    + Stack and pack products on skids using banding tools and stretch wrapping machines.

    + Operate forklifts, including both sit-down and stand-up models.

    + Read and interpret measuring instruments such as rulers and tape measures.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of warehouse experience.

    + 2+ years of experience with hand and power tools.

    + 1+ year of forklift operation experience.

    + 1+ year of experience with saws, drills, staple guns, and nail guns.

    + Proficiency in reading measurements and material handling.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2+ years of consistent work history.

    + 1+ year of ERP usage, ideally SAP.

    + 1+ year of experience with inventory and order picking.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in an exceptionally clean and climate-controlled environment. Our first shift operates from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. Safety is a priority, with PPE requirements including steel-toed boots and safety glasses.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OAK CREEK, WI.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $18.27/hr.
