_We are seeking a_ **_full-time experienced (2-3 years) hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant_** _to join our collaborative, community-based hospital medicine practice located in the beautiful seacoast region of New Hampshire. Exeter Hospital is a 100-bed community hospital with a strongly collaborative approach to care._

As part of a multi-specialty physician group with excellent clinicians, you will enjoy:

+ Well-established hospitalist program with 15+ hospitalists

+ Reasonable patient workload and schedule

+ Typical day has 4 physician and 1 NP/PA rounding teams (7am-7pm)

+ Daily NP/PA and physician admitter

+ Typical patient load 14-16 patients

+ Competitive pay structure with productivity and quality incentives.

+ Excellent specialist support, including Palliative Care, Cardiology, Acute Care Surgery, GI, Pulmonary, Urology, Oncology, consultative Psychiatry

+ Open 10 bed ICU, intensivist on-site daily.
